LED light modules for textiles
The way to school or outdoor work can present hazards, for example due to poor light conditions at twilight. But how is it possible to improve vision and visibility?
Special LED lighting systems for clothing or other equipment, such as helmets, school bags or work clothes, ensure that people can be seen from far away, significantly reducing risks.
Fully integrated LED modules provide major benefits because they can light up actively and flash – unlike conventional reflectors. This means that vehicles passing by or other road users can identify and react to dangerous situations faster than ever before. These LEDs are compact, energy-saving and cost-efficient, and even resistant to rain, dirt and other external influences – ideal for attaching to school bags, work clothes, helmets or backpacks.
Our LED technology has already been implemented for various textiles and supports our customers in implementing the desired security functions. For this purpose, we rely on a modular principle, which you can configure individually in order to be able to display the desired effects and functions tailored to your product.
Possibility of customizing the modules
Thanks to our modular system, we can adapt our system to your individual needs:
Number of LED light guides – from 1 to 6 light guides possible
Individual LED color – standard: white or red - also RGB possible
Light sensor – automatic switching on and off in the dark
Motion sensor – automatic switching on and off by motion detection
Button with haptic feedback (LED backlighting in RGB colors)
Interaction with additional module (e.g. distance sensor / GPS system, machine)
Adaptation to your length and size proportions
